I've been going to Herb Chambers for leasing and buying cars as well as servicing them for 20 years now. My most recent experience was perhaps the best yet. Lee Diamond was incredibly helpful in the ordering process, being very clear about the time lines and uncertainty these days, then making sure I got my car as quickly as possible. The most surprising part came after I bought the car. I needed some documentation for a mortgage I was getting and it was so soon after I got the car that it was very difficult to get -- not any fault of Lee, Honda, or Herb Chambers, just my bad timing. Lee was persistent and managed to get exactly what I needed in time with very little warning. To be clear, I'd already bought the car, so this was not part of selling it to me. I'm very grateful for his help!
