We had an issue with noise in our car and had it dropped at the dealership. June at the dealership helped us there. She called us later explaining in detail about the matter and also mentioned one other problem with the car. She didn't urge us to make quick decisions about the repair, but patiently let us think about it and call her back. She also gave us a coupon for discount.
