Bought our second car there last night and had another great experience. If you like no pressure buying experience, this is the place. They did not say to use once, "this is today's deal" or whatever the typical places say to pressure you into buying something. The Managers and Finance people were also very easy to work with. We will definitely be going back.

My boyfriend and I went to this dealership unsure on which vehicle to look into. We are expecting and needed a new reliable family vehicle. We met Seth Anderson who we then discussed our interests and concerns with. He from there showed us a few vehicles that met our needs. Through out our experience he was very professional and friendly. We are pleased with the choice we made with big thanks to Seth. Thank you Seth Anderson for making buying a new car such a great experience! I had looked at some other dealerships and was not happy at all with the salesmen I spoke with there....I felt pressured and uncomfortable. From the moment I sat down with Seth, I felt at ease. Seth took the time to listen to which features in a car were most important to me and then helped me decide on the Dodge Journey. We went for a test drive and I knew it was the perfect car for me. Seth is very easy to talk with, extremely personable & knowlegeable; I felt like I was buying a car from a good friend. I went back the next day to pick up my new car and Seth actually stayed well past closing to make sure I new how to work the Bluetooth, the satellite radio, etc before leaving. Also, Joe DePietro was wonderful when it was time for the financing. This was my first new car purchase so I was quite nervous. Joe really worked hard to make the financing work for me. Was greeted with a smile and a firm handshake upon first visit to the dealership. Fast and friendly service. Didn't try to sell me on things that were not specific to my needs. Hit the nail on the head after giving my " must have's" in a car!

I had a great Experience at Herb Chambers of Danvers. Friendly, nice and understanding. Just a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the new car. Other than that, great experience.
