I had an excellent experience at Herb Chambers Jeep/Chrysler in Danvers. I highly recommend them, and will use them in the future! After a terrible experience at another Massachusetts dealership in Leominster, I left humiliated believing I could not purchase a car. Herb Chambers staff provided confidence, excellent service, down-to-earth communication, and got the deal I needed! There is no where else I would go in the future.

Bought a 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited in October and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. It took several visits to get the deal done and the paperwork signed (as these things often do) and there were several caes where another employee was happy to help in Seth's absence. One of the busier days at the dealership, Joe actually bought slices of pizza to my wife and I as it was taking a bit longer that day than he liked. I'ven had several painful car-buying experiences, so I recognize good service when I see it and Herb Chanbers Jeep of Danvers has it in spades.
