I recently had a major repair at this dealership. The service advisor I dealt with was Patrick Titshaw. Mr Titshaw was extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and efficient. Patrick kept me informed via texts and emails of how my service was proceeding throughout the day It’s never pleasant to receive information about a costly repair. Patrick was a true professional as he explained all my options for the repair along with tips for preventive maintenance. I was not surprised to learn when writing this survey that Patrick is actually the service manager Mr Titshaw is an outstanding asset to this dealership.
