I recently finalized my very first lease (E 300) from the Flagship Motors Mercedes dealership. From the very start it was a very pleasant experience. I was upfront about which car I wanted and at what price point. The whole process was very professionally handled and I was provided various options that appealed to my taste and financial appetite. I think its important that I highlight that Paige Babcock (who was the product specialist assigned) went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for. She was patient during my questions and guided me through the ins and outs of how a lease works. Once I signed the PnS, she helped me get acquainted with the car and ensured everything that I asked was done before I picked up the car. A few days after I took the car home I realized I didn't have one of the document and she was nice enough to mail it to me. The customer service was brilliant and I want to thank her for helping me out. The dealership from start to finish was great. I highly recommend them and if you go there, you should definitely ask for Paige.
