Georgina made the car buying experience pleasant for us. We have been looking to purchase a GL-450 for my wife for a couple of months and visited several dealerships but could not find the right car or negotiate a deal that we were comfortable with. In our first visit to Mercedes of Boston, it took Georgina less than an hour to find the right car for us and get us a good deal that we were willing to commit to right away. She was great to deal with and made us feel like she cares about how satisfied we are with the car we purchased. I’d highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a Mercedes to reach out to her!

With the demands of being a single parent in Boston, MA, I was always hesitant to put myself in a situation with a car payment. But it was time, overtime to be quite frank. I went to several different dealerships in the Boston metropolitan area. None of which had the response time of Mercedes Benz Boston and Keith Robinson. The response was frequent enough to display interest, but not enough to feel harassed. From the test drive to the lease contract, I felt like the dealership cared. And I cannot praise enough about how pleasant the entire experience. Thank you.

This will be my 3rd mercedes lease. I have always dealt with Viti in Rhode Island. They never returned our calls in time. Also i dealt with a different salesman every time. I thought Alex Fine was a fantastic salesman and I want to deal with him every time. I'll be back in 2 years to buy and I'm hopeful Alex will be there. He dropped off our new car last night and went over every option in the car. It was awesome.
