Jonny is so kind, helpful, recommendations were greatly appreciated. He was able to assist me and my husband transition into my new car at ease. He even got us connected to set up additional ez pass and obtain aaa information in the same visit. Vito was so helpful, explained all the functions. Without having intent in buying the car he was the reason who got me to commit in my purchase. We had checked other dealerships but he was able keep our interest at heart and because of him i am happy with my purchase.

I have been to this dealership for over 30 years and have bought all my cars from there. Charles Scrymgeour was wonderful help. So caring about the customer. He goes out of his way to be helpful. I am a Maine resident and Charles drove up on his own to meet me at the town hall where I paid my state excise tax. Then he helped me with the registration. He waited for 2 hours with me at the Registry of Motor Vehicles and then he put on my new plates before driving all the way back to Natick. He is most unusual because he goes to any and all lengths to assist his customers. Even after the sale he is ready and willing to do anything to help. I great asset to the dealership. We also enjoyed Johnny. He is a whiz and very patient with an older client like me. I am looking forward to my next tutorial!
