Thank you Steve - we finally got the car I've wanted for a long while. I couldn't be more happier and can't wait to put many miles on that magno beast! Thank you for all your help, including while you were out from surgery. Thanks to Jonny Pham, he was very knowledgeable about the whole on-boarding Mercedes Me Connect process and explained in great detail the process and why he was doing what he was. He walked through several parts of the new technology, it is overwhelming how much newness there is; and has said I can come back anytime for more training sessions (I will take him up on that offer). He made it easy for us to set up our profiles, and we also confirmed with Mercedes that all our information was accurate.
