Nathan and the entire service team at Flagship Lynnfield are truly first rate, consistently. It is nice, and important, as a customer to be recognized, appreciated, called by name, listened to, and followed through with, again consistently. I am always treated with respect, care, and empathy whenever I walk through the door. Service and solutions are equally applied during normal operations and flawlessly also during service recovery. A business cannot compete in any market without the benefit of such stakeholders. Mercedes and Herb Chambers are well served by Nathan.
