Mario is the most responsive service consultant I’ve ever used. He answers texts and calls quickly and assures me I’ll be well taken care of, regardless of the problem. Once I reach him, I know the car will be okay. I have no desire to call anyone else at the service department other than Mario. And my husband is so impressed with the way Mario takes care of my car, that he will call him too!
