Johnnie was very helpful and efficient. He was well informed on the vehicles and advised us on the model that best suited our needs. Can't say car buying is how I'd usually like to spend my weekend, but Johnnie truly made it as pleasant as it could possibly be.

This was my first experience with Audi Cary and Johnnie, but it won't be my last. The car-buying experience was one of the best I have experienced over the years. Johnnie was extremely knowledgable and when he didn't know the answer, he researched it and got back to me. Jimmy was the consummate professional and induced no pressure during the financing portion of the sale. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the level of customer attention and friendly hospitality.
