Very happy... They figured out problem another dealership made.... Tightened screwa for alignment etc etc, fixed breaks... my car run and feel like new. They went above and beyond to keeping me updated on progress just as I try to do in my own business. I will be back for an oil change and full interior clean in next couple months. The Service staff was so friendly and approachable, they were straight forward with what had to be done. They let me know all the recalls (which made my price much lower) for all the things I needed to get done (and boy did I have a lot.) The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable in all that they did to my car. Everthing came out like a brand new car and all the prices were reasonable.

I was reluctant to travel the 100 miles to service by Cadenza but decided to bit the bullet and was glad I did. I made an appointment a couple of days before the service and the Service Dept. was ready when I arrived. They promptly took care of the service and a couple of updates. I will certainly be returning for next service.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Honest in the knowledge for the service maintenance. Love my KIA. Service Dept. always meets & greets you on arrival, very friendly. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions, quickly or found out the infomation I was interested in. Tim the salesperson explained the different models well and help my Son in law and I find on the lot the exact model and color Kia Forte with all the features I wanted. All the staff were patient and willing to explain and repeat/explaining until I completely understood each step, factually and without pressuring or rushing. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Pleasantly surprised has quickly out the door sales completed, less than 2 hours from my arrival to out the door with a new vehicle.
