Nicholas was a great salesman. He was very patient, answered several questions for me during the process of looking for a vehicle, purchasing this vehicle and after driving it off the lot. I went to 3 other dealerships before coming here and stopped by because of a used vehicle that caught my eye from the street. I checked reviews for this location before getting out to look around. It was a cold and rainy Saturday but he hung in there with me and my questions. Didn’t get the pre-owned vehicle, I purchased a new vehicle instead. Came in because my engine light was on and whenever I put gas in my traverse it would stall and cut off I took it to the dealership and they told me it was covered by the manufacturers so they took care of it all in day at no charge.. everyone was nice and kind. Great customer service. The guy who checked me in gave me some info on the types of gas to use in the future to get better service from my vehicle. He was very helpful and I appreciate that.
