The work was fine and they provided me a car because they could not fix the radio in a timely manner. The only disappointment is they offered me a free car wash when I checked it in and had in their possession for over five days and when I picked up my car, it was not washed. All the service department guys are very nice and professional though. I am sure if I said something about it not being washed they would have had it handled, but I was ready to get home.

I had a super experience. Erik Calderon in all aspects was the best car sales person a customer could wish for. Equally so, Steven Scott was the best finance manager I could wish for. All in all a great car buying experience!

Erik was very kind and answered all my questions. He was very timely but thorough with the process. Upon arrival we were greeted by all of the employees and immediately taken to the car that I wanted to see. Erik listened to all of the wants and needs I had for a vehicle tailored my options to those needs. Overall, I would come back again and recommend Erik to anyone looking for a car in the Memphis area.

Thomas Yardon was so helpful in the Service Department. He explained what I needed to fix the front passenger tire and rim. He checked out my car, and he told me my brakes needed repair. I appreciate this. He kept me informed as how long it would take to complete my repairs on my car. Thank you to Thomas and to all worked on my car.
