Wow wow wow!!!! Gavin and Chuck (Charles) have given me the best car buying experience ever. The 2020 Toyota Corolla is my first car. Even though I have always escorted family to dealerships, this was the first I have been to a dealership to buy my own car. They made everything easy for me. The car i got is the best. Gavin helped me choose it but there was no pressure. I went to the dealership with an open mind. Gavin knew exactly what I wanted in a car and got me exactly that. Chuck helped me get my car registered even though my circumstances were a bit tricky and they also helped get the insurance. I have a lot to write but for the sake of time I will stop here. All i can say is that these guys ( Gavin and Chuck) are the best and I would recommend them to anyone who visits Woburn Toyota.

I don't usually write google reviews. But if I find something worthwhile to share, I will write a review. I visited at least 20 dealerships to get the best quote and experience before landing my first car at Woburn Toyota. Mo offered an excellent service when I was confused about which car to get. Ask for Mo and you will be assisted well! He is an experienced, humble, and a friendly sales person. As far as service goes, the experience has been great at this front as well. On occasions when my car's maintenance service was due or there was any issue related to my car, Sara S. provided an excellent service. She will give you an entire run down of your car, tell you which service is performed and which is not. And will also try to help you however she can if an issue is not covered under warranty or does not have a fix temporarily. Ask for Sara S. and your car will be taken care of! She is an experienced, humble, and friendly service advisor. Overall I had a great experience at Woburn Toyota. Hope you find your future car at Woburn Toyota!
