My husband and I came to Albrecht looking for a GMC Denali. We were met by a salesperson named Jack A. He was so knowledgeable about the truck. He answered all our questions regarding the 1500 and 2500. He went over features of both trucks. We ended up purchasing the 2500 because it met more of our needs. Jack was so great we recommended a family member to him. Overall our experience was great and we will definitely be a repeat customer.

**Update 2** We are very pleased with how our issue was resolved and the service that we received from Pete. He made sure that in the end we went home with the car we planned on and arranged for our inspection as soon as the registration was processed. McKenzie processed our registration as quickly as possible, at an extremely busy time, and was very helpful with any inquiries we had. Lastly, the service department was great when we brought in the car for the roof rails and inspection today. Thanks to the team there! **Updated** Quick response from Pete rectified the situation and we will be getting the roof rails when the car goes in for inspection. Impressed with the quick response. Thank you. Bought a car this week and am very disappointed with the experience thus far. Car is wonderful. But....Pressure was on to collect car the following day, but when we rearranged things to make that happen and arrived at the dealership, the car was not ready. Went back a few hours later, and the car did not have any charge on it (plugin hybrid), which was odd because the car we test drove and were told we would be buying was charged the day before. Got the car home and realized that the roof rails that were on the car we test drove were not on the vehicle. Turns out we did not get the car we test drove, but another very similar car. Again, the car is great and I realize that this is a busy time of year for car dealerships, but the amount of followup we have had to do to make sure everything is good is the opposite of any other experience I have had in the past. Happy to update this review if we can get some action.

I had to have my 2011 Toyota in for maintenance and was extremely happy with the entire experience. John Russo the Tech Advisor was extremely friendly and very very helpful. I had to make several decisions about some of the repairs that would be made and he patiently helped me through the process. John is the type of employee that any dealership would be lucky to have as a representative for their company.

they are quick and professional. I went to another Toyota dealer for services before, then go to this dealer, after the service, my car's 'loud engine' issue is reduced, I asked them how, they replied they find another dealer put more than needed engine oil.

I go there all the time: I'm keeping my car as long as possible and keep it well maintained. I'm always greeted with a smile, and they are extremely professional. They explain everything, give me options, and are very helpful. I won't go anywhere else.
