This time around I was lucky enough to work with Samantha, a sales associate who made my life so easy. She was so kind, personable, and excellent with communication throughout the entire process. She made the process of leasing (which is normally a headache for me) extremely easy and streamlined. I hope she is still here for my next time coming back! We went to Woburn Toyota to see what they have. We know we wanted a 2024 Camry LE. Not sure if regular or hybrid though. Also didn’t intend to make a purchase decision that day. We were met by a great sales rep (Maged Faltes). We told him we did our research at home and had many questions about features, options and available colors. He was eager to answer all of them. Then he showed us his inventory on his computer and didn’t try to sell us a car that didn’t have the features we were interested in. He found us the perfect car on the lot and took us to see it. When it came to the price, he gave us the price we had in mind, as though he could read our thoughts. No haggling or a visit to the manager. There was no pressure to sell us any add-ons that we didn’t want. It was such a pleasant and seemless experience. We put a down payment that very day. A few days later we picked up the car. Maged was there for the handover and spent time explaining the car’s features and setting up the app to pair our phone. Highly recommend Woburn Toyota. Ask for Maged when you get there. You won’t regret it. Oh, and ask him to show you the photo of his lovely family.

I had to have my 2011 Toyota in for maintenance and was extremely happy with the entire experience. John Russo the Tech Advisor was extremely friendly and very very helpful. I had to make several decisions about some of the repairs that would be made and he patiently helped me through the process. John is the type of employee that any dealership would be lucky to have as a representative for their company.

they are quick and professional. I went to another Toyota dealer for services before, then go to this dealer, after the service, my car's 'loud engine' issue is reduced, I asked them how, they replied they find another dealer put more than needed engine oil.
