Working with the parts department is an absolute pleasure, very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects. They go out of their way to help and do everything possible to get parts as quickly as they can. The service department is equally fantastic and you will not be disappointed. The service advisor was excellent! He laid out for me the problem that I had with my air conditioner. He told me it would take 2 hours. However there was a part that was broken the service advisor told me that he had to order the part and it would not be in until tomorrow. He arranged for me to get a rental car. And he also told me that the part would be in by noon. The next day the advisor called me at approximately 10 a.m. And told me the car would be ready by 11. I was very pleased. I would recommend Matt Burnie Honda to any Honda owner or other car owner.
