Although I didn't buy my first Honda CR-V from Matt Burne, I did always bring my car there for all its oil changes, tire rotations, and scheduled 30, 60, 90 thousand mile maintenance. The staff and service have always been great. So when it was time to trade in my car for a new one, I knew I would buy from Matt Burne. I chose a 2022 Honda HR-V this time. Jamie Henderson (Sales Associate) was awesome. Although my fiance dealt more with him since he works close by, practically stopping by every day for a week, when I went in to finalize the deal, Jamie was very helpful, friendly, and had things all ready to go. Kevin Moylan was great on the financing end. The transaction was very pleasant and painless and went smoothly. I would highly recommend Matt Burne Honda if you are in the market for a new or used car. Keep up the great work guys and I will be seeing you all soon.

Always a great experience with leasing a vehicle with Burne Honda! Chose CR-V three years ago and decided to stay with the CR-V again. Tom Richardson has helped me so much for the past 15 years In choosing the right vehicle for me. Tom Is great, I always feel he has my best interests at heart when choosing a vehicle. Financing staff is great, you feel comfortable with the process, always very kind and considerate! Service staff is also great. Never an issue with service done on my vehicle. You could have a minor issue or question that needs attention, you can stop by without an appointment and they will help you resolve the issue or set up an appointment to leave the vehicle if need be. It is great dealing with Burne Honda. I cannot see myself going anywhere else to purchase or lease a vehicle.

I took our 2009 Fit in for a 30K service, never expecting to be told "You need a new car," due to unibody rail rot! 146K on our Fit. Its engine has no issues. We expected to get 500K miles before having to replace our Fit. Excellent service from dealership. Did not expect this news. We'd buy the same car all over again if Honda yet sold it! Once home, we found a certified frame welder who said he can do a repair, worthy of inspection, giving us more time with this subcompact car whose flexible interior seating & size is perfect for us & our 2 aussies. He has our car now. The Fit's initial purchase cost & mpg fit our pocketbook to a T. Previous to buying it, we owned a truck of another brand, whose frame had premature frame rust. That dealership gave us $10K for a 10 year old truck, which we'd bought 'used' (1 yr. old). With that check, we switched brands, buying our 1st Honda, & now, Honda has let us down, by no longer producing the Fit. So with the remaining time we have with this Fit, we will research what our next brand of car may need to be only because Honda's other cars are larger in size, get fewer mpg. & cost way more. Up until now, we had planned on always buying a Honda.For maneuvering & mpg, we like the Fit! Honda, up your game, please! Don't make us switch brands. Produce Fits or design a new subcompact model with the same qualities that the Fit has. Thank you! Your service dept. at Matt Burne in Scranton is the BEST . . . until now . . . because you are not letting them sell us what we want. We trust them. Honda, you're dropping the production of the Fit is leaving a big HOLE in your sales market possibilities. Make 2023 the year to FIX that. Thank you for listening. J. & M. in Great Bend, PA P.S.
