My (long distance) purchase experience was great! Sam quoted me a price (and honored it even when we realized the vehicle had some extra items installed). He recommended a delivery service (which saved me from having to fly to Tulsa and drive back to Memphis). And I was able to do all the paperwork online. (p.s., I bought 'Hank', had him delivered, added Weathertech floor and cargo mats - and still have spent less in total than buying from any of my local dealers.)

Even though we had to have the air conditoner worked on second time seems to be working now. Took off cost of first service call which I thought was appropriate. Always taken this car to Don Carlton for repairs!

Service on our 2014 Accord completed quickly and keep it going great! They found an issue that was quickly resolved, and notified me before doing the work.

I have always received excellent service when taking my care to the Express Service. Always treated well by the service advisor handling my car. I have always been kept advised if further work is needed i.e. wiper blades, etc.

Friendly, efficient customer service. Terrence checked my service history and verified I had my transmission fluid changed more recently than I thought. Saved me $ by only the needed service on my Accord.
