After he learned that I might be interested in purchasing a vehicle, Tim Goolsby (Sales) made occasional attempts to contact me via phone and email, offering assistance as appropriate. Face to face meeting was very pleasant. The Toyota team handled all the paperwork (even to calling USAA) to insure insurance, title, ETC, was handled properly.
