First time buying a new vehicle and I was literally walked through and explained everything making it simple and easy. Patrick and Andy managed to get me a vehicle with a great price and interest rate while I didn't have that great of credit. I'm definitely going to do all my vehicle business with them & highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

Man Ryan down at Kia of Cleveland helped me find the perfect car and I'm very indecisive but he sure enough helped me pick the one I was most satisfied with. Very very happy with my vehicle and was very happy with the service from him and also Jamie the sells manager. Then today I went for my first oil change on vehicle and once again had the best service I've ever had thank you Kia of Cleveland for being such great help. They are a great group of people and a great team done there!

Really can't say enough about the great sales person, Sheila, that helped me and my daughter find a car for her. We bought a 2011 Hyundai elantra, Sheila was so very helpful and I really appreciated the no pressure approach that she too. Financing was made incredibly easy thanks to Andy.

I went to a couple car dealerships before this one, and they all didn't care to work with me. As soon as I pulled in here, I was greeted and was shown cars in my budget. I fell in love with one car and they did literally everything they could to make sure I left that night in that car. I never felt pressured and the environment was friendly and the staff was trustworthy. I would recommend this place to literally everyone I know.
