What an amazing experience! As an out of state buyer, I'm always a little nervous. I reached out to Greg Horton. Within 5 minutes of telling him what I was looking for, we were on a video call walking around the certified mercedes that I was inquiring about. He was super honest and took care of 2 minor issues that I would not have known about without being there. Greg is also a car guy and very knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz product. We worked out the deal and Greg picked me up at the airport a week later. Upon arrival, the car was more than I expected and the service and care were exceptional. Also, working with Genna in finance and Jane as the delivery concierge the experience was like non other that I have had at any other mercedes dealership in over 20 years of purchasing mercedes benz vehicles. I would do it all over again. And I'm sure I will.
