Doug let me test drive several new and used vehicles, Honda and non-Honda, over a two year period until I figured out exactly which vehicle I wanted--a gorgeous Tango Red Pearl 2010 Honda Civic LX-S. He is extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure me into a sale; in fact his approach of encouraging me to look around to make sure I would be 100% satisfied was the reason I came back to him when it was time to buy. It was evident to me that he was "selling" a very good product (a Civic) and a very good company (Steve Padgett's DH) that would stand beside me for years to come. Ever since, the service department has been good to me. Management followed up but have not "bugged" me since--props!! This dealer's price was not the lowest, but very fair. They matched a slightly lower price from up the street and backed my Civic with a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty and a year of service free of charge (complimentary on every new car). I will be back to buy or lease a new vehicle in three or four years and will ask for Doug again. Keep up the good work guys!!

From the time I "dropped by just to look" until several days later when I drove off the lot in my new Honda Accord I was treated politely, respectfully, professionally and fairly. I was treated like a customer, not a "woman on the car lot". This is my fourth Honda and by far the easiest and least stressful experience I've had purchasing a new car. Kudos to the entire staff of Steve Padgett Honda.

Everyone was nice and made every effort to find the new van I was looking for.this was the first time that I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. I had kinda figured on how much I could afford with a debate on the price but the salesman met my price,right off without questing on how much I wanted the monthly payment to be. they acted like they wanted to sell the van reasonably. they were a new experience for me in the 50+ years of buying cars.
