Steve was my advisor and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to assist me with all my needs. He offered a complimentary wash and ever made sure my the correct time was reset in the car. Yeah, it has not been set in forever. I am pretty sure that I will request Steve again for my next service. I do hoped that he is shouted out for his exceptional service. Even despite my 3 hour wait I have no complaint. Steve made sure that I understood the wait time and the services that I would be receiving. Also, your restroom facilities were really clean and that it always a plus for me. I visited Jim Kara’s Chevrolet wanting to downsize from my 2015 High Country 1500 4x4. I was looking for a midsize truck, but i wanted something equipped similar to the High Country. Randolph Bolden patiently helped me with the Colorados, and i settled on a 2022 ZR2. Randolph provided exceptional customer service all the way through. I can’t praise Randolph and the rest of the staff enough. Everyone i came in contact with was as friendly and courteous as they can be. I’d also like to add that the cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas was exceptional. Everything was spotless. I came in contact with the service department today to get steps installed on my new truck. Everyone there was just as nice and helpful and the showroom staff. If you are in the market of a vehicle, i strongly recommend Jim Kara’s Chevrolet and especially Randolph Bolden in sales.

Overall experience was amazing!! I went to 7 or 8 lots that told me I needed a co-signer for a used car ,so I was a little discouraged, having just lost my home and vehicle in a tornado, came to Jim Keras they were friendly, caring , fast , and helpful with my situation, I had inquired the same Make and model at the other dealerships, none of them offered the benefits that Jim Keras offered, the whole team was very friendly from start to finish and it only took about an hour and a half!!!🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️ Andrea, Steve, Matt, and Todd thank you all so much!!

Justin was awesome. He answered every question and made sure we were happy with the way things were going and worked out. He reached out to me to let me know there were other options available when I wasn't happy with the first vehicle I saw on the lot when I first come into the dealership. The 2nd time was what I needed to make the purchase, the car was perfect and just the right color with all the extra features I wanted.
