Leo and the manager Kate are amazing here, I got a great deal on this beautiful WRX. Leo was so understanding and patient with me through this whole process! He didn’t want me to leave without a car, he worked so hard for me and I finally went home with my first car for a great deal. I can say if you go in and ask for Leo you’re most definitely going home with a car. He made me feel like family. Still checking in on me and my car so I’m happy. 😭💙

I had a great experience with my buying experience at Subaru Hagerstown! I went in knowing I wanted a Subaru, but not sure which one. Chris came to the rescue with his knowledge and expertise. He knew the ins and outs of the trim models I was looking at and gave me the time to test drive and make a decision. Once I made my decision, Chris and Kate worked with me to find the exact car I wanted – color, accessories, and everything! I was so excited to get a new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport! Once the car arrived on the lot, Chris took the time to sit with me and show me the key features and buttons. I really appreciated this as the car was so advanced compared to the car I was driving before. Throughout the experience, Chris and Kate got to know me and I truly felt they wanted what was best for me! I have driven my new Subaru for a month now, and I love it more and more. I was extremely pleased with the professional service provided by Melissa at Sheehy Subaru. She was not pushy and neither was her manager, Max. They both had patience with me as this was my 1st Forester. Melissa was very knowledgeable and accidentally led me to the exact car I wanted. Kate, Leo, and Max went beyond my greatest expectations to make this purchase work seamlessly! My husband is immunocompromised and they did most of the process by phone and e-mail, and Leo delivered my 2023 Hybrid Crosstrek personally. The whole team was wonderful to work with! I am in love with my new Subaru❤️
