I would rate my a experience a 10 star 🌟 thanks to Mat's exceptionally great customer service not only did I receive a warm welcome but was offered a Lyft ride after getting caught in the rain while my car was getting serviced. Upon arrival I mentioned I had a coupon for the service requested and my coupon was applied without hassle. After having a bad experience at another dealership, I came to VW feeling discouraged and apprehensive. However, as soon as I walked in the door I knew I would leave happy. Malik was on point throughout the entire experience, he made it all so easy and painless. Pete in finance also was great, he was easy to talk too and explained everything perfectly. So it’s safe to say I no longer have dealership anxiety! I couldn’t be happier with 2022 Tiguan and my new dealership :)
