Lawrence and Gavin did an amazing job helping me and my husband find the right car. They made us feel like family and we left the dealer with no unanswered questions. Every person that works there makes sure you're taken care of and are very friendly and nice. Every time I go in for maintenance, they wash my car and fill it up with gas! I will go to Nissan of Cleveland from now on! It's a great dealer and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a safe, reasonable, and nice car!

Noah and the rest of the staff were awesome! I had been to several dealerships looking for the perfect car and was having trouble finding inventory ( like everyone else). Noah was able to find me exactly what I wanted, when I wanted and it by, and for a reasonable price. Took the time to walk me through the entire process, showed me all the features of my new car, and answered all of my questions. Top notch service!

Friendly staff ( expected if you want to sell cars ). Nice quality and quantity of cars. Efficient and didn't waste my day as other dealerships have done. Where they fall short is : I was GIVEN ( I know it wasn't free ) a warranty and FREE conventional oil changes ( I use synthetic or blend oil ). Looking at the paperwork, these gifts were at the cost of $1400. It would have been nice to have the option and see my payment without these gifts. I would have bought the warranty with the cost of the repairs now. But all aside, we love our Nissan truck.

L.J was great! He helped me and my father in law get things done smoothly. In our process of signing on one car we realized it didn’t have a feature we wanted and asked if we could go with a different version he didn’t hesitate to make it happen for us despite the extra time it took. I had been COMBING the internet for a used Toyota Tacoma for a very particular package, expanding my search out to 500 miles from chattanooga. As luck would have it, Nissan of Cleveland had THE truck i was looking for. My sales associate, LJ, was an absolute delight and the process from entering the lot to leaving might have set a time record.
