Had my Kia K5 serviced today and Francisco and Nancy in the service department are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! They were both extremely friendly and very helpful. Definitely makes the experience that much more enjoyable! Nancy has helped me in the past and she always has a smile on her face and is very helpful and patient. You can take your vehicle anywhere to bet it serviced, but you'll never experience the type of customer service that Francisco and Nancy provide, and that's priceless. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my vehicle taken care of, cause there's only one Francisco and Nancy :-)

I bought a used Kia and came here to have 2 recalls repaired/remedied. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were ready to meet with me right at my appointment time, offered me a shuttle to work, and allowed me to pick up my car after the service department was closed. I really appreciate them respecting my time and working around my work schedule. Very happy I bought a kia!

A extremely nice Kia dealership, I went in there with a serious mechanical problem, the car was out of factory warranty, and the problem was a emission catalytic converter which was under emissions warr., and they took care of all the items at no cost to my wife and l, a blessing, and a merical, I'm 75 years old, and we could not afford a new car at this time, they were extremly courteous, and there service rep., Deana Watts, keep us updated on progress all the way thru completion, thank you, all very much, TERRY, and Gayle Skinner. ,👍👌😀👱‍♀️🐶
