I picked up my new car March 26 and 5 months later the service is every bit as excellent. Charles Scrymgeour continues to impress with his personal service - phone calls AND LESSONS when I drop in to have air out in my tire! He is so generous. I am considering buying a second Mercedes for my wife. Greg in service went above and beyond and offered to wash my car after caring for the tire. I love this dealership. From the minute I walked into the door of this dealership I knew I was in excellent hands with Charles Scrymgeour. Charles put me at ease as my husband had recently passed away and I was not very knowledgeable about the car buying process. Charles guided me through everything from the test drive to the purchase and finally orientation when I picked up the car. Charles has a passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and the Herb Chambers name that made the experience so pleasant as he is so knowledgeable, I do know I will keep going back to Charles for any car I plan to purchase in the future.
