Alex and the team at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn were terrific to work with. Alex was quite knowledgeable about the truck I was looking at with he various trim lines and accessory packages. He provided clear and simple no nonsense pricing, and never once made me feel pressured to make a choice. It was a very different car dealer experience. We have bought that last four of our vehicles from Herb Chambers and more specifically from Dhimitri Lako. He's always been friendly which is to be expected from a salesman. But he's also invested in ensuring the purchase makes sense for the buyer. Dhimitri will tell you if a choice may not be the best option for you based on your needs. He wont argue with you but if you have 120 mile commute every day but want a 5.7 L Tundra he'll ask you, "you sure that's what you want?" All in all he's been great to us, as has been Herb Chambers. Though I now have 2 new vehicles I definitely plan to come back when the next vehicle needs to come into my life. I recommend Herb Chambers to anyone looking. And ask fore Dhimitri.

This is our 2cnd time here in Auburn but our 10 or 11th Toyota maybe more we had an appointment with Dhimitri lako best guy around he came in on his day off . he made our deal as painless as possible we told him what we wanted and that is what he got us , He was very pleasant and very professional he didn't jerk us around like some sales people do . Just to let you know we live less that 5 minutes from the Bernardi Toyota in Framingham they are not bad but we prefer Auburn less stress less pressure .We drove off a couple of days later in 2 brand new Toyota Rav 4 this is my 3 Rav just love them. The finance man I think his name was Peter not sure made the process a breeze very nice and also very professional .Next time you are in the market for a new or used car please stop by and ask for Dhimitri you won't be disappointed . Great place to shop.

This is my second return to Herb Chambers. The second time around was just as enjoyable as the first. I asked for the same salesperson as I had when I purchased my first truck. Matt is not pushy when helping you. He was there to answer any questions I had and is very knowledgeable about the vehicle he is selling. I did purchase my second truck and will go back for my third indeed, and will ask for Matt again.
