There was not a 'Concierge' to accept my car, so Taylor Lee got off her desk and did it in order to get me done while I waited. They also needed to replace filters (not part of the A1 service) and did that ASAP.

We've been leasing from another Honda dealership for 15 years, but when we went to lease our 5th car with them, we were very unhappy with how we were dealt with and the options being offered. Our salesman Taylor was wonderful! Taylor is very personable and not at all aggressive or over bearing with his selling technique. Taylor listened intently to our needs and expectations and delivered to us exactly what we were looking for. Our business manager Lascell was as equally engaging and tactful with the signing process and did not manipulate us into further tacking on unnecessary products to our closing deal. Jose the sales manager met up with us when we picked up our car to welcome us to the Herb Chambers Honda family at this dealership. Overall a great buying experience from beginning to end!
