Went in to Honda of Westborough to have the car checked out for a weird noise it was making while backing up. I was greeted immediately and checked in with the service advisor Benjamin. He was very courteous and listened to what I had to say. Car was taken in and examined. They couldn’t replicate the noise however they were nice enough to come and listen to a recording I took of the sound. They advised me on what to do if it happened again and what it most likely was the issue (moisture retention in the brakes due to climate). They also ensured me that the car was safe to drive as they had put it on the lift and checked for any undercarriage issues. All and all I really appreciated the time and effort they took to ensure the car had no problem and at no cost. Great customer service in all aspects! Thank you so much to Benjamin and the service foreman!
