I had an amazing experience purchasing my Range Rover Evoque. I felt completely taken care of. Vito answered all our questions. The manager Ben came out to talk to my husband and I and gave us everything we needed. At the financing stage we didn't feel any pressure to purchase any extra products. From the first day that I walked in Vito was extremely helpful and spent a great deal of time with me, test driving several cars and talking about the features that I wanted. When I stopped in, unannounced, for a second visit, he came out immediately to show me a car that I found online. But most of all, when it becomes apparent that none of the cars on the lot were a perfect fit for what I wanted, he worked hard to find a car out of state, to bring it to Sudbury, and it was exactly what I wanted. I had been working with several dealerships and doing a lot of research on my own and Land Rover Sudbury was the dealership that came through for me. In addition, after trading in my old car, when I realized I had left something attached to the car that meant a great deal to me, he found my old car, found the item and offered to mail it back. Above and beyond service, all around.
