Service manager went above and beyond to get my Range Rover into service department quickly as it was an emergency. They did a great job getting everything done when they said it would be done.

From the first day that I walked in Vito was extremely helpful and spent a great deal of time with me, test driving several cars and talking about the features that I wanted. When I stopped in, unannounced, for a second visit, he came out immediately to show me a car that I found online. But most of all, when it becomes apparent that none of the cars on the lot were a perfect fit for what I wanted, he worked hard to find a car out of state, to bring it to Sudbury, and it was exactly what I wanted. I had been working with several dealerships and doing a lot of research on my own and Land Rover Sudbury was the dealership that came through for me. In addition, after trading in my old car, when I realized I had left something attached to the car that meant a great deal to me, he found my old car, found the item and offered to mail it back. Above and beyond service, all around.

I was looking to buy a new evoque and had visited two other dealerships. I did not find their customer service up to par. After an initial email to the Sudbury dealership Inquiring about the Evoque, I decided to take a ride to the dealership. Enter Vito Fulciniti. He listened to our requests, didn't try and sell us anything more than what we wanted, and was very honest about all questions asked.
