Everyone I dealt with at Herb Chambers MINI of Boston was terrific! The level of professionalism and courtesy was top notch. This was my first ever experience with the dealership and was truly worth the relatively long drive from home. The Certified Pre-Owned MINI I purchased was extensively tested and cleaned prior to my pickup. Obvious care was taken in prepping the car which looks like new! I couldn't be happier. My experience was excellent from the moment I drove into the dealer at Mini of Boston. Theo greeted me and made sure that he was prepared for the service. He offered me a ride, but I did not need it. I received a text with a video of what was going to be done. They called when the car was ready. I was able to keep my car at the dealer for an extra day, since I was not able to pick it up right away. I will definitely make the trip to Boston for service going forward.
