My experience was excellent from the moment I drove into the dealer at Mini of Boston. Theo greeted me and made sure that he was prepared for the service. He offered me a ride, but I did not need it. I received a text with a video of what was going to be done. They called when the car was ready. I was able to keep my car at the dealer for an extra day, since I was not able to pick it up right away. I will definitely make the trip to Boston for service going forward.
