I showed up at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston with my wife and 2 young kids on a Saturday. Saying they took care of us is an understatement. From our amazing sales advisor Steven Petrucci to his sales manager Jasper and not to forget his General Manager Mrs Steffy that welcome us shortly after we walked in. I walked in there frustrated for still being on the waitlist at another dealer after ~9 months to walking out of there with my dream car. This place is full of great an great cars, but yet at the end of the day, it is filled with great people that truly care and take the time and this is what makes the difference.
