The very first time I ever contacted BMW of Sudbury regarding a vehicle, I was specifically asked to be paured with their most knowledgable salesman. That weekend I ended up meeting the greatest car salesman I have ever met, Charlie.K. Believe it or not, that was nearly 5 years ago. I am about to be on my 3rd BMW and Charlie has not only become the only person I will ever contact regarding anything BMW but he has become a family friend. And this is the level of professionalism and trust that the team here at BMW if Sudbury foster. You truly become part of the family and this is why I would highly recommend Charlie and the team to anyone. Bill, Al and Nick are all great as well, Pranav is a class act and I doubt I will ever see another dealership that is as excellent as this one. Even after years, I am always welcomed with a handshake and a smile and am free to check out the inventory whenever I am there for service. They are the top BMW dealership for a reason folks. I challenge anyone to find out for themselves!

To General Manager of Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury, Pranav Gill, Hugo Barraza explained to me about the Ultimate Protection Plan, so that I could get my four wheels repaired under the program this insurance offers. I was not aware of that, and I'm very happy that I had signed up for the program with me so papers for the lease of my BMW 330 iX. I thank Hugo very much for his kindness as he helped me out.
