Keven Bugbee has been my BMW sales person since 2002. He's gotten to know my family and me very well over these 17 years. He's an excellent sales person who researches my options carefully before presenting them to me. His research always matches mine. He's smart and knows how to work with his client to find a car that meets that client's needs. Working with Bugbee, one knows this is a salesman who has a process,. No hard-sell from him. In my experience we talk about transportation requirements as well as lifestyle and how the BMW can address my needs.
