Peter Vargo is an excellent sales person - he knows his BMWs and is able to communicate effectively. He has a sense of urgency which, strangely, seems to be missing in some of the BMW sales personnel at other dealers. My wife an I are not neophytes when it comes to buying an automobile, and we expect to get answers to straightforward questions, Peter provided these; while others have not. A really good, low pressure guy.

Nobody knows BMWs as well as Bill Kramer. His product knowledge is only surpassed by his outstanding customer service. A real attribute to the dealership! Brian Frye is the best Service Advisor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is smart, honest, friendly, and loves his job. He has saved me money on my car by recommending services that give it longevity, and by NOT recommending services my car didn't need quite yet. I'll always see Brian Frye when I visit BMW Sudbury.
