Keven Bugbee has been my BMW sales person since 2002. He's gotten to know my family and me very well over these 17 years. He's an excellent sales person who researches my options carefully before presenting them to me. His research always matches mine. He's smart and knows how to work with his client to find a car that meets that client's needs. Working with Bugbee, one knows this is a salesman who has a process,. No hard-sell from him. In my experience we talk about transportation requirements as well as lifestyle and how the BMW can address my needs. I recently had the pleasure of working with Herb Chambers BMW of Boston, specifically Ahmed Jabrane, who helped me drive off in an M5. I was very picky about the type of car I wanted and Ahmed catered to all of my needs. He found an M5 that fit my taste and ordered it from BMW's NJ processing center, and after an hour or so of paperwork and going over the car, I got to drive off in it. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend BMW of Boston to anyone looking to get a new car!

I had a great experience with Ahmed. I thought I wanted a 545xi but I wasn't sure and Ahmed was happy to show me other models as well and was extremely patient in answering all of my many questions and addressing my concerns. He also let me take all the time I needed to think things over and make my decision. When I was ready, I came in and he helped me get everything done quickly. I felt a sympatico with Ahmed --- he is very attentive to detail, as am I, and I was very comfortable and knew he would take care of everything in the way I wanted. In addition, unfortunately, once I got my car, I got into an accident after two weeks and I was very upset. I left a message for Ahmed, and even though it was his day off, he called me right away and got in touch with the collision center and helped me arrange things. In summary, I had a wonderful experience and recommend Ahmed very highly. I also had a very good experience with Omar, who handled the business end. He is efficient, got me through everything quickly, and is extremely personable.
