As always my latest visit to Lou Fusz Subaru St. Louis went perfectly from the moment I drove my 2020 Outback XT into the receiving area to the time I drove my car out of the shop. Every employee I came into contact with was polite and there to help in any way they could. I waited for my vehicle in a clean and well supplied waiting area and the estimated service time was accurate, (actually a little faster than estimated).
