Michael and his manager were absolutely spectacular! What I appreciate about Michael was the he was kind, clear and informative. He knows his stuff. The manager there was also great. It feels great to be spoken to like a human. He made the process super frictionless. Ive gone to other dealerships and at times felt I couldn’t get a straight forward answer to the questions I asked. Not so here. If you want a Honda please go see Michael. Conicelli Honda is a 10 out of 10 would recommend.
