My wife and I are having our second child and needed a larger vehicle. We stopped by Conicelli Honda last week to check out some Honda Pilots, not really expecting to buy something right away. Joe Cramasta met us at the door, welcoming us in and making us feel at home; we could not have been more fortunate to meet Joe! We weren't sure exactly what we wanted out of a Pilot, and were not too familiar with the product line. Joe had no problem showing all of the various models to us, explaining each trim level and tying it all back to what we had explained that we wanted. We had poor Joe running back and forth across to street to get different Pilots that we had seen in the online inventory, and he did it with a smile, commenting that it kept him in good shape. Joe's wit and knowledge kept us engaged throughout the process, and we settled on a much newer model than we had been considering thanks to Joe's excellent advice on the pros and cons of each. His years of experience in the car business proved invaluable! And his electric personality had us wanting to make a deal. Both my wife and I were extremely pleased by our experience with Conicelli Honda, but truthfully, it was Joe Cramasta that was the star of the show. I am signing up for an account to post here, just so I can let the world know what a great guy Joe is, and what a solid experience we had with Conicelli. I can honestly say that Joseph Cramasta is the nicest, funniest, most accommodating, thorough and knowledgeable car salesman I have ever encountered. I would not hesitate to speak with Joe first before I buy another vehicle in the future. Joe is a gem - a true asset to the Conicelli family.

I went to several dealerships including one where I knew the GM - Ron made this very easy. He heard me. I told him once what I was looking for and he organised it all..... I am excited to have a car once again.

Excellent customer service and regard for customers' needs. The car I wanted had a slight imperfect, but he and his team made it right by fixing it for me, and it had no bearing sale price.
