Purchased my first Mini this summer. I had a great sales experience with Brian both via email exchanges and in-person. It was low pressure and professional, which is exactly what I wanted and a refreshing change from previous new car purchase experiences. In addition, Brian patiently walked us through the vehicle's many features at the time of pick-up. Experienced a minor mechanical failure a few weeks after delivery, but Brian was there to assist by contacting the service department to ensure a quick fix.

I was a five-time Audi owner at the end of my lease on an Audi S-3 and decided to down size without losing driving performance. Mini Cooper was recommended to me, so called for appointment and was introduced to Brian Epstein. He could not have been more knowledgeable, pleasant and insightful as to what was needed and how to get it done efficiently.
