The staff at Herb Chambers does a fantastic job of welcoming us on entry both receiving the car and extending courtesy at the desk. Mark welcomed our requests and helped move the service through in expedited manner since we chose to wait for our vehicle. Nice touch to have a treat for our dog too.

Sam Hesketh-Tutton was a great salesman to work with on my new mini. I was pretty clear what I wanted. He was super patient with test drives, and very fast to locate a car that met my needs. He is a warm person, appears to have no other agenda than helping the customer get what they want.

I was in the market for a second car, tried several Toyotas, Subarus, and Hondas before coming to Herb Chambers to try a Mini. No contest: our salesperson, Brian Epstein, took us for a test drive, located a desirable 2015 Mini 2 dr hardtop within a week, and we've been happily driving our Mini ever since. Friends cannot believe the beauty and ride of our car. They're in disbelief that it's two years old. Brian did a great job of introducing us to our Mini. We would not hesitate to recommend him and Herb Chambers Mini.

I keep my cars for a long time, but also know when it's time to get a new one and usually, I'm 95% sure which make/model I want. I'd browsed the Mini showroom on my own (was asked if I would like help, but I'm a initial "I'm just looking" type.) When I went in the next time I was sure I wanted to buy, but had no previous experience with Mini (I'd been a VW owner for 20+ years). Brian could not have been more helpful, explained the options, took me on a test drive, and in general was not about pressure but about making sure I got what I wanted in my new car. He found one for me with the features I wanted and never came on heavy re options I wasn't really interested in. I arrived, test drove a few cars, and made the deal with Brian in one short afternoon. A week later, I picked it up and Brian made sure I knew how to operate it all. I drove off with smile on my face that returns every time I get behind the wheel of my new Mini. Brian's followed up a few times just to see that everything's going well. (I needed a notarized letter stating that my trade in still had my resident parking sticker attached in order to get a new sticker for the Mini. Brian took care of getting that letter, so now I'm all set with my new parking sticker ... above and beyond the call of duty!)
