Julieth at HC Boston is awesome. My daughter hit some rough pavement and damaged my tire beyond repair. My daughter brought the car in on short notice for a new tire. Julieth sent them off to lunch and had the tire repaired by the time they finished. They also did a complete inspection on my car when it was up on the lift and sent me the video outstanding customer service.

My first experience with this dealership and it could not have been more pleasant! From that initial phone call with setting up service to car being dropped off -everything was absolutely white glove service! I live in NY and have had BMW’s for the past 15 Years- this was by far the easiest and most accommodating experience having my car serviced! Thank you to the team who helped!

Had a great experience with Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. All cars were fairly priced. Great customer service by (Jasper Abreau - Sales Manager and Jing Lau - Sales Rep)…they were both very professional and helpful.

BMW Boston (Herb Chambers) did an outstanding job or repairing/ diagnosing two issues with my X5 M50i. A prior service effort from a different service group made a number of mistakes and took the car for multiple days an multiple visits. BMW Boston fixed all the issues in a day with no drama or excuses. They are a pleasure to work with.
