JP provided fantastic service. He helped us compare different vehicles and options, and there was no pressure to decide or move forward before we were ready. He kept me apprised of cars that were available at the dealership, and when the 'right' one arrived he sent pictures and we returned to buy it that same day. The buying process, including trade-in, was smooth and quick (most efficient I've experienced buying a car). This is the second vehicle we buy at this dealership. Most dealerships provide standard repair services in a satisfactory manner. It’s when there are unusual and unexpected issues, stellar dealerships have the opportunity to shine. That was my experience with Land Rover Sudbury with respect to service challenges for my Range Rover Sport. Without going into details, my service representative Bryson and the general manager Luiz Angelo turned an extremely frustrating situation for me into an entirely satisfactory experience. I am very appreciative. I purchased my latest vehicle from this store and have had this and previous Range Rovers serviced there. I have always left with a positive experience.
